Issue: Paypal notifications for payments are coming through, however, the order emails are not being generated.

solution: There are changed to the PayPal ips and notifications are generated but the emails are not sent.

The solution is i followed the first bit of the solution in the blog above and then enabled the emails for the order in the second part of the solution
